Great staff, very clean room with a nice view of the water. The two bedroom apartment was very roomy and we loved the shower. Entering and leaving the apartment was also very quick and convenient considering we were on the top floor
Our one bedroom unit with full kitchen was very well laid out and well equipped. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes and riverside. Perhaps a compendium with information on how to use stove, coffee maker and laundry appliances would have been useful.||
Initially, to find the place, we had to go over the bridge and come back to find the parking, which was confusing..
We were 2 friends sharing a room. When we checked in, the couple next to us were offered an upgrade to a studio clearly and loudly. We questioned whether this was an option. We were told, yes, but at an inflated price.
We asked if it was possible to at least have a balcony and were told for an extra $100 we could.
Then we went to our room, expecting 2 single beds as pre-arranged and the bed was a king. We asked if one of us could return the room passes as we had a lot of luggage and were told that we had to return to reception with all of our heavy bags.
Very disappointed and I would not recommend it.
Enjoyed my short stay at these apartments, location is awesome, walking distance to pubs, and shops is great. Being near the water is also a bonus. Would highly recommend to friends and family to stay here !
Fantastic customer service, all the staff were lovely and very patient with my neurodivergence. Great place for kids and very quiet especially considering we were there over new years. Money well spent
